Bielsko-Biała partner cities –introduction
Bielsko-Biała has always been known for its cultural, social, national and religion diversity.) Through centuries, Bielsko and Biała functioned as separate towns and were linked to the Cieszyn Silesia and the Małopolska Province. The influence of various trends is distinctly reflected in the exquisite architecture of the city, called little Vienna or little Berlin. After the Republic of Poland regained its full democracy, the Podbeskidzie capital opened for cooperation with other cities. This was confirmed, among others, by signing numerous agreements with partner towns and cities all over the world. Below, you will find a description of Bielsko-Biała’s 20 partner towns and cities.
